Civic Pathways Group’s initial effort is focused on the Southside neighborhood of Paducah, Kentucky. This is a historically significant area that has been impacted by long-term underinvestment, population decline, and a diminishing economic infrastructure, limiting the sustainability of local services and economic growth.
Our approach addresses these challenges through a coordinated development strategy centered on the tenets of the Civic Pathways Group structure:
